SHOPPING CENTRE ASBESTOS DUCT REMOVAL

In February 2024, our team at Universal Hazmat Solutions was engaged to perform a critical asbestos duct removal project for an ex-Hair & Beauty Salon at Westfield Marion Shopping Centre. The project was undertaken in response to specific instructions from the client, emphasizing the importance of adhering to stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliance. We ensured that all necessary safety documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and insurance certificates, were meticulously prepared and submitted for approval before commencing the asbestos removal. By maintaining clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders, we effectively managed site access and ensured minimal disruption to the daily operations of the surrounding center.

The project concluded successfully with the safe removal of all asbestos-containing materials, followed by a detailed inspection to confirm the complete eradication of hazards.
